Belcher has been in the ministry since 1952, having pastured for 20 years, spent 2 years in full-time evangelism, taught in a Bible college, and traveled over the states and out of the States in a ministry of the Word of God. He holds a doctorate of theology from Concordia Theological Seminary in St. Louis. He is the author of numerous other books in the field of bible study.
